HMD Asia to Lead the Next Chapter for La Résidence Phou Vao and La Résidence d’Angkor
HMD Asia welcomes the signing of a strategic agreement between KS Hotels and Marriott International that will see La Résidence Phou Vao and La Résidence d’Angkor join The Luxury Collection.
HMD Asia currently manages La Résidence Phou Vao and will continue to oversee the property as it enters this new phase, while also taking on the management and transformation of La Résidence d’Angkor.
As part of this transition, HMD Asia will lead the renovation, repositioning, and brand integration of both hotels, ensuring that their architectural heritage and cultural identity are preserved while aligning with the standards of The Luxury Collection.
La Résidence Phou Vao is scheduled to join The Luxury Collection in October 2026, followed by La Résidence d’Angkor in October 2027.
